A. Carnevale accepts unworn/unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days from purchase. All custom or sale items are final sale. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Orders and Shipping

Since all products are handmade, please allow 8-10 business days for orders to be shipped.  Upfront payment is required on all orders.

Repairs and Product Care

A. Carnevale will repair items purchased through abbycarnevalejewelry.com at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase. For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with specific repair request to determine whether repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade so expect slight variations between pieces and all products should be handled with care.

For gold and silver-plated metals, please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a safe place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals.
